Description:

RemoteHunter’s client, a fast-growing organization in the digital content and creator partnership space, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content Operations Associate. The company focuses on streamlining collaboration between brand teams, creator partnerships, production units, strategy, and growth departments by building scalable operational systems and workflows.

This role acts as the central operational support function, ensuring that all digital content initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and with full visibility across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing workflows, improving systems, and enabling seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize operational workflows for digital content, casting, and creator initiatives

• Maintain project management systems using tools such as Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, or similar platforms

• Design and implement cross-functional handoff processes to reduce delays and improve collaboration across teams

• Build dashboards and reporting systems to track project status, workload, and operational performance

• Create, document, and maintain SOPs, process guides, and operational playbooks

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose data-driven improvements

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency

• Ensure clarity and structure in managing multiple projects with competing priorities

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, project management, production coordination, or related creative/marketing environments
