The organization is currently expanding its Customer Service Agent Experience (CCO) initiative and modernizing its CCaaS ecosystem. As part of this transformation, they are seeking a Data Product Manager to join the Enterprise Data function. This role focuses on building and managing data products that power customer support operations, ensuring reliable insights, measurable performance tracking, and seamless data flow across multiple platforms including CRM and service tools.
In this role, you will work closely with Customer Support leadership, Data Engineering teams, and Product stakeholders to define how support performance is measured and improved. You will translate operational needs into structured data solutions and help create a unified view of customer service interactions across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CCO leadership and support operations teams to define a clear data vision for customer experience excellence, including metrics such as CSAT, first contact resolution, cost per order, and deflection rates
- Translate business requirements into scalable data product solutions by mapping data flows across CCaaS platforms, Salesforce Service Cloud, and internal data systems
- Design and maintain a long-term data roadmap for customer support analytics, balancing foundational data architecture with high-impact reporting and automation use cases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Product, Finance, and Analytics to ensure alignment on data definitions, ownership, and delivery priorities
- Develop and deliver data assets such as reporting layers, dashboards, metrics models, and ELT pipelines that support decision-making and operational efficiency
- Drive adoption of data products by conducting user testing with operations teams and ensuring dashboards and insights are actively used in daily workflows
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of data products including discovery, prioritization, documentation, stakeholder communication, and performance tracking
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of CCO data by resolving inconsistencies across systems and maintaining a single source of truth for key metrics
Requirements:
- Strong background in data product management, analytics, or related fields with hands-on experience delivering data-driven solutions
- Experience working closely with data engineering teams and exposure to enterprise data systems such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Solid understanding of operational data from CRM systems, customer support platforms, or ticketing tools
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to query, validate, and analyze complex datasets
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma for dashboarding and reporting
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Proven experience managing multi-quarter roadmaps and translating business needs into executable data initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
- Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
