We are currently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator / Customer Service Executive to support logistics and pricing operations within the building materials sector in Sharjah. This position is ideal for a Tagalog-speaking professional who is organized, accurate with data handling, and confident in coordinating with multiple internal departments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate collection, verification, and system entry of building material prices while maintaining clear communication between yard operations, logistics teams, and customers. The candidate will also assist in handling customer inquiries related to pricing and stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit the yard regularly to gather and confirm up-to-date pricing information for building materials
  • Enter verified material prices and related details accurately into the system
  • Maintain and update records of material rates, stock details, and pricing changes
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams for pricing updates and data alignment
  • Respond to customer queries regarding product pricing and availability
  • Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation as required by management
  • Ensure all data entries are accurate and updated in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, logistics coordination, or customer service roles
  • Basic knowledge of building materials will be considered an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Tagalog speaking preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment
