Al Aabdi Holding is currently looking to hire a Native Arabic Speaking Customer Service Officer to support its motor insurance operations in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with relevant experience in insurance or customer service who are capable of managing policy-related processes while delivering excellent customer support.

The selected candidate will take ownership of a specialized role, ensuring smooth handling of motor insurance services, including policy issuance, renewals, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Management: Handle motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
