Description:
TubeScience is hiring a dynamic and relationship-focused Creator Manager to lead and grow its network of digital talent. This role is central to building strong connections with creators and ensuring the delivery of high-performing branded content across multiple industries and client campaigns.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between creative strategy and influencer execution, ensuring that the right creators are matched with the right brands while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
This position is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments, understands creator culture deeply, and has a strong ability to identify and manage high-performing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and maintain a curated roster of digital creators and influencers across lifestyle, wellness, food, tech, and other categories
• Scout and recruit new creator talent aligned with brand guidelines and client requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring trust, consistency, and long-term collaboration
• Create and manage a structured talent database including creator strengths, specialties, availability, and performance metrics
• Match creators with suitable campaigns based on audience alignment, content style, and marketing objectives
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for content production and brand campaigns
• Support the expansion of TubeScience’s creator network across new industries and verticals
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, creator relations, or digital casting
• Strong ability to identify engaging, authentic, and high-performing on-screen talent
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance creative quality and commercial goals
• Highly organized with experience managing multiple creators, schedules, and campaigns
• Deep understanding of digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong communication skills for managing both creators and internal teams
Nice to Have:
• Experience working in a creator agency, MCN, or talent management firm
• Background in performance marketing or direct-response advertising
• Familiarity with tools like GRIN, Aspire, or Upfluence
• Existing network of micro or mid-tier influencers
• Knowledge of FTC guidelines and brand compliance standards
