About the Role:
Carter Hones is expanding its Cost Management division across the UAE and is currently hiring multiple professionals to support ongoing and upcoming projects. These roles are essential to strengthening project delivery across various construction sites in a fast-paced and growing environment. The company is looking for skilled individuals ranging from junior to senior levels to join their dynamic team.
Available Positions:
- Senior Estimator – Dubai
- MEP Quantity Surveyor – Dubai (Immediate Start)
- Junior Quantity Surveyor – Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Immediate Start)
- Commercial Manager – Sharjah
- Senior Quantity Surveyor – Sharjah
- Quantity Surveyor – Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent):
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects
- Manage quantity surveying tasks including valuations, measurements, and cost reporting
- Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of ongoing projects
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams for cost control
- Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements
- Support procurement and tendering processes where required
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in construction cost management or quantity surveying (varies by role level)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and estimating practices
