CEEGO Travel UAE is currently looking to hire experienced Corporate Travel Consultants to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in corporate travel management and hands-on experience in the UAE travel industry.
As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering seamless and efficient travel solutions for corporate clients, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and expertise in travel systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, and transfers
• Handle ticketing and reservations with accuracy and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Negotiate and secure the best available rates while adhering to company travel policies
• Respond to travel-related issues and emergencies with prompt solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation including bookings, invoices, and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate travel consulting and ticketing within the UAE
• Strong understanding of the UAE travel market and international travel procedures
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre
• Expertise in ticketing processes, re-issuance, refunds, and BSP reporting
• Excellent communication skills and client management abilities
