New Age Insurance Brokers LLC is currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Assistant to join their growing team in Oud Metha, Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and administrative support within the UAE business environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting senior management while ensuring that the company remains fully compliant with UAE corporate laws and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with UAE corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies

• Maintaining accurate statutory records and company documentation

• Supporting senior management with administrative, governance, and compliance-related tasks

• Handling official filings and coordinating with regulatory authorities

• Assisting in ensuring adherence to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations

Requirements:
