Description:
Alignerr is seeking detail-oriented and language-skilled professionals to join as Content & Literature Reviewers for AI training projects. This role focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated written content to ensure it meets high standards of clarity, grammar, coherence, and stylistic accuracy.
This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity where candidates will apply their expertise in writing, editing, and literary analysis to help refine AI systems that generate human-like text. The role requires strong editorial judgment and the ability to provide structured feedback on a wide range of written material.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review AI-generated essays, articles, and literary content for clarity, structure, and quality
• Evaluate grammar, tone, coherence, and stylistic consistency in written outputs
• Assess literary analysis, argumentation, and factual correctness of AI responses
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI writing performance
• Edit and refine AI-generated content to meet professional publishing standards
• Evaluate translations and culturally nuanced content for accuracy and natural flow
• Work independently on assigned tasks and meet quality guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or related discipline OR 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong command of written English with excellent editorial skills
• Deep understanding of grammar, rhetoric, and writing structure
• Ability to analyze and provide clear, structured feedback
• Experience in editing, publishing, content writing, or translation preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
• Graduate-level studies in English, Creative Writing, or Linguistics
