Description:
Alignerr, in collaboration with Labelbox, is currently seeking a highly skilled JavaScript Coding Expert to join its remote contract-based workforce. This role focuses on improving and evaluating AI-generated code to enhance the performance and reliability of advanced AI systems used by leading global organizations.
The position offers flexible, asynchronous work arrangements where contributors play a key role in shaping high-quality datasets and coding standards that directly impact modern AI model development. The ideal candidate will have strong JavaScript expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and improve complex code structures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity
• Develop high-quality JavaScript solutions for coding problems of varying difficulty levels
• Write clear, structured explanations of coding logic and problem-solving approaches
• Identify edge cases, inconsistencies, and ambiguities in AI outputs and problem statements
• Contribute to improving data quality for AI training and evaluation workflows
• Collaborate asynchronously within a global remote team environment
Requirements:
• Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills
• Deep expertise in JavaScript including ES6+, async/await, closures, and DOM manipulation
• 3 to 5 years of experience in JavaScript development or related frameworks (Node.js, React, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (Master’s/PhD is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with AI training, RLHF, or data labeling is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment
