Description:
Alignerr is hiring Chatbot Quality Analysts to support the improvement and evaluation of advanced conversational AI systems. This role focuses on analyzing real chatbot interactions, identifying performance gaps, and providing structured feedback that helps enhance the accuracy, coherence, and natural flow of AI-driven conversations.
This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity where professionals can contribute on their own schedule while working on cutting-edge AI products alongside research and product teams. The work is highly analytical and ideal for individuals who enjoy evaluating language systems and improving user interaction quality in AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate AI chatbot conversations across diverse topics and scenarios
• Assess dialogue quality including context retention, coherence, tone, and response relevance
• Identify breakdowns in multi-turn conversations and document failure patterns
• Design test cases to evaluate chatbot performance under different conditions
• Analyze AI responses for accuracy, safety, helpfulness, and conversational flow
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve system performance
• Document edge cases and recurring issues using evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and product teams to refine testing criteria
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in chatbot QA, conversational AI evaluation, UX research, or related fields
• Strong understanding of conversational flow, context management, and dialogue systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with conversational design principles and chatbot limitations
Nice to Have:
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or machine learning concepts
• Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or HCI
• Experience with QA documentation, testing frameworks, or evaluation rubrics
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or AI red-teaming
• Familiarity with multilingual communication (Portuguese is a plus)
