Description:

Aster Hospitals UAE is currently hiring an experienced and highly skilled Charge Nurse for the Emergency Room (ER) Department. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who can manage emergency nursing operations, guide teams effectively, and ensure the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising ER nursing staff, coordinating daily clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital standards while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the ER nursing team to ensure high-quality critical care delivery

• Coordinate staffing, clinical workflows, and daily operations within the Emergency Department

• Promote a culture of safety, compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, JCI accreditation standards, and hospital protocols

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluation for nursing staff

• Collaborate closely with physicians, management, and support departments to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree preferred as an advantage)

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse License (mandatory requirement)

• Proven leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
