Dear Chefs, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is currently Hiring Arabic Sous Chef to its team to assist in its busy banquet and ADD operations. Must be highly experienced in Arabic cuisine but be able to diversify into western cuisine as well as lead a kitchen of over 20 chefs. Position reports to the BQT Chef de Cuisine. Candidate must be currently in the same position and have strong Arabic cuisine and Middle Eastern experience, preferably currently in the UAE.
