Description:

Lariba Trading Company is currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, well-organized working environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative expertise along with mandatory experience handling DMCC-related processes, including portal usage, compliance documentation, and license renewals.

This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, official letters, and courier coordination
• Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to important records
• Perform accurate data entry and manage documentation while ensuring database accuracy and integrity
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage executive calendars efficiently
• Arrange travel bookings and related logistics when required
• Monitor and replenish office supplies while coordinating with suppliers and service vendors
• Provide front-desk assistance and professionally respond to general inquiries
• Prepare, track, and file invoices, oversee petty cash handling, and assist with basic financial administration tasks
• Maintain employee records such as contracts, attendance logs, and leave tracking
• Support onboarding documentation for new employees and assist in ensuring smooth integration
• Draft reports, presentations, and formal correspondence for management review

Requirements:
• 4–5 years of proven administrative experience within Dubai
• Mandatory hands-on experience with DMCC processes, including portal management, compliance submissions, and regulatory documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Availability to work morning shifts on-site in Dubai
