A government organization in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant (UAE Nationals only) to support its day-to-day office functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations by managing administrative processes, coordinating communication, and maintaining a high standard of service within the public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support including maintaining filing systems, organizing records, and preparing official documents, reports, and correspondence
• Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and internal communications to ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Handle incoming inquiries professionally and assist in resolving administrative matters efficiently
• Support office operations by maintaining documentation accuracy and ensuring timely updates

Requirements:
