The company is currently seeking an Acquisition Partner Manager to drive strategic partnerships and business development initiatives across global markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships, creating scalable partnership pipelines, and supporting revenue growth through collaboration with aligned businesses and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with organizations, providers, and industry associations aligned with company goals

• Support negotiation, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements

• Manage the full partnership lifecycle including onboarding, performance tracking, and renewals

• Lead partnership-driven initiatives, events, and engagement campaigns (virtual and in-person)

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners and maintain long-term relationships

• Develop and execute business development strategies to generate qualified referrals

• Build and maintain relationships with companies serving similar target audiences

• Collaborate on co-marketing activities and joint initiatives to maximize growth opportunities

• Drive outbound outreach and manage structured sales sequences to secure new partnerships

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, or business development

• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills

• Experience managing outreach sequences is highly preferred

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability

• Ability to build trust-based relationships with external partners

• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel occasionally

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
