Description:
A reputable organization in Dubai International City is looking to hire a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with foundational accounting experience in the UAE who are eager to strengthen their expertise in financial operations, compliance, and reporting, particularly within the real estate sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks while ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, including VAT, WPS, and Corporate Tax requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle VAT filing, WPS processing, and UAE Corporate Tax compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic financial reports
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards
• Support financial audits and reporting activities as required
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in Dubai; UAE experience is preferred
• Experience in the real estate sector will be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of VAT filing, WPS processing, and UAE Corporate Tax regulations
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Malayalam proficiency is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication abilities
