The company is currently hiring an Account Executive to support its growth by acquiring new clients, re-engaging past clients, and expanding relationships with existing high-value accounts. This role is a full-cycle sales position requiring ownership of the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle sales including prospecting, outreach, engagement, negotiation, and closing

• Identify and target high-value prospects through outbound channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Re-engage dormant clients and develop opportunities within existing accounts

• Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce

• Conduct virtual sales meetings and deliver strong value-based presentations

• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with Toptal’s solutions

• Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership

• Contribute to improving sales strategies and demand generation initiatives

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Training & Growth Expectations:

• Complete structured onboarding and sales training programs including mock calls and role-play sessions

• Gain proficiency in tools such as SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Develop deep understanding of industry trends, buyer behavior, and business challenges

• Progress into mentoring roles and contribute to onboarding new team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a closing role

• Strong experience in B2B or SaaS sales preferred

• Proven success in full-cycle sales and pipeline management

• Proficiency in CRM systems and modern sales tools

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven mindset
