Position Title: Head of Talent, Otis Middle East
Otis, the largest vertical transportation company in the world is looking for a competent Head of Talent to design and implement talent initiatives that support the mission and overall strategy for Otis in the Middle East.
This position supports 5 entities (UAE, KSA, KUW, BAH, QAR) across the Middle East and has high accountability and reports directly to the Director – HR, Middle East. We are looking for candidates who are problem-solvers and have a demonstrated ability to build effective internal networks to operationalize talent solutions.
Collaborate with management team to craft the talent agenda
Design and implement bespoke talent programs to develop an engaged and empowered workforce
Re-engineer HR processes to deliver maximum efficiency
Deep knowledge of HR elements (HR strategy, competencies, learning and development etc.)
Experience in working within a matrix organization
Good people skills and a sense of humor to match
HR Consulting experience will be an advantage
