We are looking for Head of HR with requirement as follows:

• Fluent in Arabic and English in a must
• Excellence in Recruitment and Selection.
• Developing and implementing human resources policies.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in UAE.
• Managing staff wellness and Performance Management.
• Motivating and supporting current staff and Handling employee benefits.
• Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
• HR Reporting. Manage the HRMS.
• Designing and directing training programs.
• Budget & Cost Management.
• Administration. Maintain oversight of all administrative responsibilities of junior HR staff within the Group HQ and Country Offices.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
