Hiring Head of Digital Marketing & Growth (full-time)
Secret Skin is UAE’s first pure-play digital discovery platform for Clean Beauty (launched October 2020) with award-winning brands exclusive to the region.
What Is Clean Beauty?
Beauty and personal care essentials without toxins or harmful chemicals, created with sustainability across the value chain i.e. products that are safe for people and for the environment.
We’re looking for a ninja Digital Marketing & Growth Head to define and execute marketing strategies across channels, lead scale and expansion to new geographies and build our customer base, working closely with the founder and CEO.
Qualifications & Requisites
- You are based in the UAE with 6-8 years of tactical work experience in the field
- You have worked in Ecommerce with proven successes in building and scaling a business from inception
- You are conversant with full-stack marketing and brand collaborations with regional influencers
- You operate with quick thinking and analytical approaches to problems
- You are comfortable in a startup environment and can do a lot with less
- Experience in the beauty industry is preferred but not mandatory
