We are looking to bring in a Female Partner Happiness Manager. Hiring passionate individuals who are ready to work in a dynamic culture, are result oriented and self-driven.

Job description:

• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries regarding appointments
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
• Assist with salon bookings, rescheduling or refunds
• Collect customer feedback and present it
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Working Hours- Flexible
• Working Days- 5 days/week

Job Requirements:

• The candidate should be well spoken with strong communication skills.
• Experience of at least 1-3 years in customer service
• Should have computer proficiency: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
• Should have some knowledge about salon services
• Languages: English (necessary) and Arabic (preferred)
