Hiring General Manager
Education: Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in Air Handling Unit Industry in a senior management role
Experience of handling P&L of the organization
Should have the experience of leading sales and manufacturing activities of HVAC Products
Knowledge on production activities
Should have the knowledge getting certifications for the products
Increase turnover while maintaining G.O.P, Maintain Profitability of the Business
Manage successfully the operations assigned
Achieve financial targets set by the Management & manage financials of the business
Promote high standards of the company image
Develop Business strategies, prepare and oversee budgets
Plan, direct and coordinate the operations
Set and ensure goals are achieved by the division
Allocate and supervise tasks and resources for maximum output
Responsible for implementation of HR practices and employee development
Respect the commitment towards the client, Keep aware of client’s needs within the frame
