Posts accounting entries Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable payable detail and control accounts, adjusting entries for amortization and prepayments; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accrual Prepares and process payments.
Handles petty cash fund Maintains financial records by analyzing balance sheets, income statements and general ledger accounts Reconciles bank accounts by gathering and balancing information Provides financial status information by preparing reports Keeps information confidential Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with IFRS rules and local financial legal requirements Other duties as assigned knowledge and skill requirements.
