We are looking for an experienced Female Receptionist in Abu Dhabi.
Providing administrative support, answer phone calls, Database input spreadsheets filing process incoming and outgoing mails, maintaining the neatness of the reception area to provide a positive image to clients and visitors.
Maintaining an office filing system, maintains safe and clean reception area conference room and other common areas, manage the conference rooms schedules, assist the HR Manager with any other tasks as per need.
Good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and good appearance
