Hiring Estimation Engineer
For a Contracting company in Dubai Manage day-to-day operational aspects of Civil Estimation department.
You will be responsible for reviewing/evaluating the tender documents, estimating the costs of tenders,
Coordinate and collect data/information required from other departments
Responsible for getting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers on labor, materials, services, other costs and submit recommendations for consideration.
Participation of post Bid meetings
Analyze quotations commercially and technically, prepare detailed price comparison and conduct meetings and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure proposals and other details in accordance with the tender requirements and timely submission of tenders
Should have very good knowledge about prevailing local and international market price for various items.
Knowledge of local statutory requirements relation to construction sector
Monitoring of Project cost with budgeted and estimated costs
Must have UAE Driving License
