Description:
Sharjah Media City (Shams) is looking for an ERP & IT support Engineer. This position will be on contract for a year, though likely renewable based on performance.
UAE nationals preferred for the position.
The ERP & IT Support Engineer is responsible for supporting the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 ERP system and ongoing support & maintenance of the same. The position will also be responsible for maintaining overall IT infrastructure of Shams.
Minimum 3 recent years of hands on experience in IT, out of which one to two years in a support role for ERP implementation. Experience working specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered as an added advantage.
Experience working in SQL data base is a plus.
Overall understanding of software solutions and applications like Zohobooks, Xero, Quickbooks, Onbase and Salesforce will be a plus.
