Description:

Workx, the talent management division of Blue Ocean, is looking for a Drive Test RF Engineer.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Provide technical support in performing RF system testing.
• Review test result data to ensure that actual performance meets expected requirements.
• Assist in system operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with management to assess technical challenges and provide action items.
• Recommend new test techniques and technologies to ensure system performance.
• Develop test procedures and strategies to carry out system testing
• Review and recommend improvements to existing test strategies.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in related drive testing for all technologies (2G, 3G, 4G/NB-IOT/LTE-M, 5G).
• Expert level knowledge of computers and relevant drive testing tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Age- less than 40.
• UAE experience is required.
