Lead the engagement with key McDonald’s suppliers and internal IT Teams to deploy restaurant IT and digital solutions across Asia and Middle East Markets

Deliver the agreed deployment plans for each market and product to time and cost through the management of key suppliers and their resources.

Engage with the markets on the preparation and readiness for the deployment of the solution; training, documentation, support, etc.

Identify and establish any dependencies for the deployment of the solution

Act as a point of escalation for Deployment Suppliers and Markets for all areas of deployment

Collaborate with Solution Readiness team on solution bundle transition and/or training matters to ensure rapid and repeatable deployment process

Work in close partnership with Digital team on digital activation aspects relevant to the solution deployment

Deployment Improvement

Work with multiple internal and supplier teams to create a culture of continuous improvement for deployment to markets

Align with Segment Technology teams on sequencing and priorities for solution deployment

Align global processes by sharing and understanding best practice for deployment across McDonald’s in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Recognize and communicate areas of opportunity for product, process and service improvements

Build strong relationships and alignment with partnering McDonald’s supplier teams

Knowledge Management

Subject matter expert (SME) for digital and restaurant technology

Oversee and conduct workshops and webinars to ensure proper knowledge transfer to market Technology teams and enhance deployment practices.

Prepare training materials according to course curriculum.

Demonstrable track record of deployment of solutions into multiple markets

Knowledgeable in areas of Delivery, e-commerce, POS (Point of Sale Systems) and Customer Engagement platforms

5+ years’ experience in project management with store-level execution required, experience in roll out across network of geographically dispersed and/or high number of sites (e.g. stores, restaurants, countries) preferred

Ability to develop project schedules, communicate deadlines, enforce project deadlines and creatively solve issues

Able to work with culturally diverse teams across levels in a global organization and in an extensively outsourced environment

Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills, organized and meticulous
