Hiring Dental Receptionist

A leading dental healthcare provider in Dubai offering a wide spectrum of advanced dental treatments.

Job Role:

• Dealing with calls from patients and calling them if appropriate
• Registering patients
• Sending out reminders for routine check-ups or further dental treatment
• Doing general administration tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing, and sorting/filing/sending forms.
• Handling payment from patients (cash, cards, and cheques)

Requirements:

• Female, 35 years old and below
• Open to Filipino, European, and Arabic nationals
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience working in a dental clinic
• Knowledgeable in using the card machine
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidates currently residing in Dubai will be given priority
