Due to expansion of our business we’ve got a new exiting opening in Sales & Customer Happinness Team. We will be honored to have you if you match the following requirements:
Male Hindi/ Arabic native speaker with excellent English written and verbal communication skills may apply
Perfect knowledge of sales techniques and procedures, experience in Business Setup and Bank Account Opening in the UAE (preferable)
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies, Customer Relationship Management, result driven and highly proactive personality
Bringing in new business (leads generated by company marketing campaigns – 80%, as well as self-generated leads – 20%)
Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all Clients’ expectations are met.
Achieving monthly sales target.
Resolving Key Clients’ issues and complaints
