Must have past experience in Collections in U.A.E, Customer Service, Retentions & hitting targets consistently (Hard-working, Confident & Self Starter)
Responsibilities will include:

Familiarity with data entry & analysis
Handles Credit assessments & makes appropriate determinations as per company guidelines.
Critical thinking skills needed to mitigate credit risk and maintain credit control systems.
The ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions
Achieving Daily & Monthly targets
Improving debt collection processes, Negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of financial activity.
