Description:
Unigaz UAE is looking for a Contracts and Documentation Engineer to join its team in Ras Al Khaima.
Responsible for conducting reviews and considering legal aspects of contract award & administration
Responsible for preparing and drafting commercial bids and tenders, estimating the costs of a project and ensuring that the costs are controlled
Reviewing bids and administering the award of contracts and contract amendments and provision of feedback to bidders
Drafting appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company’s interests
Reviewing and amending standard contract documentation as required
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers in order to secure positive, constructive and cost effective commercial agreements for the Company
Providing general assistance & advice on contractual & procurement matters as required to support Company’s operations
Monitoring the performance of service providers on a regular basis
