A Leading property Development Company, operates internationally providing residential, commercial and leisure properties and has a presence in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, and the United Kingdom is requiring to recruit the following position:
Collection Executive
Responsible for reaching out to customers (calls, Emails & Face to face meetings).
Collect payment for overdue bills, loans or other payments.
Acts as liaison between creditors & customers & managers overdue accounts
Ensure the payment plan is executed within the timeline.
Advising customers on their various payment options.
Maintain Customer Files by keeping file/system updated.
Achieve targets related to the collections & connected calls.
Experience in customer handling
Previous experience in collections is preferred.
Excellent English
