Looking for experienced Chief Financial Officer – CFO in Sharjah, UAE
Create business strategies and plans, manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations and tax departments of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
Review and approve of statutory filings involving financial information, ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies, assist in transnational funding and fund raising of subsidiaries and associates.
Experience Required (UAE & Home country): 20-25 years
Languages Required: English & Hindi
