Urban Company UAE is looking to hire for Category Manager Role in Salon at Home vertical. The position will be based out of Dubai, UAE. Expected date of joining will be before 10th Dec.
Eligibility:
1. You must have 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in marketplace businesses / tech startups
2. Prior experience of working in Middle East markets will be a plus
We are looking the candidate to have high executional capabilities along with a structured approach
To think in the right direction which would grow the business to the next level
Responsibilities and requirements
Quality: we like to believe that we deliver the highest quality of service and have built a strong in house training infra to keep up the standard. The role requires you to manage a fully operational training setup with 2 high quality trainers and 200 therapist
Supply Building: This is an ongoing dimension of the business and requires you to have strong Account management caliber, the roles require you to scale SMBs and streamline the operations according to UC standards and Guidelines
Problem Solving: the category requires to you solve the problem at the grass root level, we expect the candidate to self-ideate and innovate solution to the problems at hand
Hustle: Significant ability to hustle and desire to get their hands dirty, the candidate should have the willingness to deep dive in to each problems, understand and improve the key drivers of the business
Analytical Bend: one of the key factors driving growth and directions is data analytics, the role requires you to have a strong hold on your number and have a structure thought process which would help you to break down complex problems easily
