Description:
Urgently looking for Buyer Procurement Specialist to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local vendors/suppliers.
Need to be aware about supplier prequalification, procurement planning, P2P Cycle and expediting with inbound/outbound logistics.
Need to be aware about vendor evaluation and their performance metric.
Need to be aware about specific procurement & logistics challenges in Commercial sector on ELV systems with general awareness on QHSE requirements.
Procure Telecom & ELV products which will include everything from integrated systems like CCTV, Access Control equipment to negotiating the best possible deal.
Preferred bachelors from Science /Electrical/Electronics or similar hands on experience
Should know how to negotiate with vendors and customers
Must have sound knowledge in technical terminologies like Structured Cabling or Converged Networks/ICT, CCTV and Access Control.
Basic/Advanced Professional Qualification in Procurement/Supply Chain desirable.
