Business Development Executive – 2 RESOURCES

Location: Dubai, UAE

• Carries Sales Quota for Avaya IPT & Avaya Contact Center Business
• Develop the strategy, sales activity plan to achieve the assigned target
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Launch sales initiatives to increase pipeline

Skills/Knowledge/Experience required:

• Business transformation and solution-selling approach
• Awareness of the Contact Center & IPT market pressures & trends and transitions in UAE
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Avaya IPT & Contact Center Selling
• Proven track record in leading and winning major IPT & CC Sales opportunities
• Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing IT Managers, IT Directors etc
• Familiarity with Avaya technical and solution designing will be bonus
• Ability to work under pressure
• Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills
• Strong team player
