• Minimum 6 to 8 year sales management with direct sales experience in the metal fabricating industry
• Should have the ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with company products /services
• Should have excellent computer skills with MS office
• Ability to conduct business in an ethical, successful manner
• Self-motivated strong desire to achieve personal, professional growth
• Must be able to read/interpret blueprints thoroughly
• Knowledge of cad program a plus.
