A reputed Marketing and Advertising Company in Dubai is looking for a Business Development Executive.

4 years minimum of sales experience of working in a Creative Agency is a must.

Proficiency in English and Arabic will be an advantage

Job Description:

• Identify property owners who would like to rent their apartments for short-term rentals
• Pitch the offerings of company to property owners
• Maintain good working relationships with property owners and brokers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives
• Develop sales pipeline focused on bringing in new business and customer satisfaction
• Serve as the property owner’s advocate within our organization to ensure our commitments are delivered on time and are in line with expectations
• Meet & exceed weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue quotas, sales goals, KPI’s and performance activity
• Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint skills) / quotations
