Description:
Excellent Opportunity for Building/Site Inspectors who are currently working in the UAE. Will be required to manage the Building/Site service providers/Contractors by ensuring the PPM schedules and other documentation related to day to day works are available and handle all technical issues.
Daily inspection of their respective buildings, while maintaining daily logs and supplement inspection records with photographs, while writing reports as necessary to offer corrective actions when certain materials or fixtures do not meet building standards.
Support office staff and provide counter service; respond to questions, return phone calls and emails; input correction notices and case-related comments into an automated database; file and/or scan documents following field inspections.
Management of site service providers/contractors, ensure PPM schedules and other documentation related to day to day works are available
Support office staff and provide counter service; respond to questions, return phone calls and emails; input correction notices and case-related comments into an automated database; file and/or scan documents following field inspections.
Ensure statutory requirements such as third party inspection of elevators, BMU, water tank cleaning are met with, handle all technical issues, advice and find best solutions for technical and site issues.
Notify supervisors of any anomalies or discrepancies that relate to the building, equipment and anything else with predetermined guidelines.
Must have experience in Stakeholder Management (Contract management of client and other supplies) risk and regulatory management, administration and reporting skills needed
