Associate Manager R&D
IFFCO Beauty is looking for a passionate and committed R&D person for Associate Manager Position based in Dubai.
The major emphasis for this position will be on a sound knowledge and background of soap formulation and process development with good understanding of the fundamental approach towards structural aspect of soap and surfactant components. The candidate is expected to have appreciable knowledge of other Personal Wash, Skin Care and Home Care formulations and process.
Lead various new product development (NPD’s) projects. The candidate will have to have extensive interaction with cross functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, SC and Sales. One of the major activities associated with this position will be to work with other subsidiaries for scale-up and commercialization of the products.
