Dear All, the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is looking for an Assistant Sous chef in charge of our Bakery department. Consisting of 1608 rooms, 14 restaurants, 2 ballrooms and 38 meeting rooms and overseeing a bakery team of 7, all bread and bakery products are produced in house. This job is not for a first time in charge position and is looking for an experienced baker with large volume experience.
