Job Summary:
Ensures effective routine functioning of Finance, accounting and treasury activities in compliance with established policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsilities:
Takes full ownership of monthly MIS closing and reporting within the predefined timeline, monitoring of budgets v/s actual results and carrying out necessary activities in this regard.
Ensure that proper reports as requested by Direct Manager are submitted on time.
Prepare Company budget and monitor on a monthly basis expenditure.
Review all Journal Vouchers to assure accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles and procedures.
Review payments to ensure proper supporting documentation, approvals as per defined.
Review the Company cash flow and monitor cash balances on a daily basis.
Participate in negotiation with banks for facilities.
Prepare the interim and annual financial statements.
Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of quarterly review and annual audit.
Providing support and ensuring requirements of internal audit are completed in timely manner.
Liaise with internal departments of the Company on matters of financial and accounting matters.
Performs any other duties requested by Direct Manager

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree

MS Office skills
