Description:

Job Position: Assistant Accountant

Bank reconciliation, liaison with the Auditors, verifying of invoices & payments, regular follow-up to ensure invoices are received on a timely basis.

To raise invoices to customers & follow-up for their payments, keeping track of pending payments, constantly monitoring the cash position of the company and advising Management of it.

Working on the Accounting structure in Accounting Software, preparing Checks for vendors, other Ad hoc assignments as & when necessary

Preparation of monthly management accounts, finalization of accounts, analysis & reconciliation of all accrual & prepaid accounts

Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation, accounting & maintenance of fixed asset register

Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) Language: English, Hindi and Arabic would be an advantage.
