Description:
Inventory management. Responsible to track maintained inventoried parts and hardware providing reporting and usage analysis using inventory tools (SCCM)
Responsible for receiving new IT Assets: The Asset Manager shall establish asset receiving policies, procedures and document them in the Policies and Procedures Guide on guidance / Instruction.
Responsible to reconcile assets received against original order
End user induced damage analysis and necessary actions
Responsible for ITS Asset Data Quality/Accuracy (Tag, Hostname, Make, Model, Status etc.…)
Responsible for maintaining the warranty documentation for supported devices.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key business and technical concepts, and then effectively communicate these concepts with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management
Experience using Service Now ITSM & ITOM suites and Microsoft SCCM is preferred.
