Exploring Area F&B Manager for a 4 star chain Hotel in GCC
Minimum 4 years’ experience F&B management in 4 star hotels, high quality restaurant operations Strong culinary background, previous chef experience would be an added advantage
GCC experience including pre-opening is a Must, In-depth knowledge of the highest food & safety standards, excellent knowledge of Social media usage to promote the restaurant, Knowledge and demonstrated success in leading a successful restaurant,
Knowledge and demonstrated success in events and Banquet organization, Strong knowledge of current food & beverage trends, customer preferences & consumption habits, understanding of diverse cuisine styles & food preparation techniques,
Experience within the creative dry hotel segment would be an advantage / Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Knowledge (P&L Analysis)
