Job Description:

• The resource will be responsible for supporting critical applications and ensure the stability of the Applications by performing dedicated maintenance activities, do root cause analysis and remediation.
• The resource should have working knowledge of Production support processes such as incident / change / problem management, critical issue procedures and such.
• Good command in SQL.
• Experience in Java / .Net based systems.
• Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in a Level 2 Production support role
