After Sales Coordinator Team Leader Vacancy
We are looking for a strong leader, independent, experienced,
technical and well-organized After Sales Coordinator to deal with guarantee and
warranty cases for Franke Water Systems (Stainless Steel Sanitary wares) and
Franke Kitchen Systems (Kitchen Appliances) products sold in the Middle East
The role is full time office based; located in Ras Al
Khaimah and will be responsible for, first contact with all incoming cases;
giving initial advice, registering/updating and closing cases and also the
coordination of the after sales technicians.
The successful candidate will be the point of reference for
colleagues and customers, by keeping schedules and providing feedback,
documentation and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to
maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the
Receiving and making after sales calls for
Cases for Franke Water Systems and Kitchen Systems.
Providing technical support and initial advice to new
Organize and manage the daily work schedule for the after
Organize project mock up’s and on-site technical calls.
Collect customer feedback
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Opening, updating and closing after sales cases in the
Reporting to the sales team, product management and customer’s
service regarding ongoing cases.
Preparing and sending closing reports
Stock Management for spare parts
A Team Leader
Proven experience in after sales and/or a technical customer
Excellent technical communication skills and deals
professionally via telephone, email and other communication methods.
Computer skills, MS Office, word, excel etc. (essential)
UAE Driver’s license (advantage)
Should be able to quickly learn the product range.
Well organized and independent attitude.
