For this role we are looking for an experienced, independent and responsible person, coordinates with Employees & Clients for ticket booking
Screen incoming calls and emails and redistribute to the appropriate contact, order office supplies computer systems and parts for staff as needed
Establishes and organizes office workflow within the department including filing systems and recordkeeping
Coordinates documents and correspondence including letters reports emails presentations memos faxes etc.
Prepare Quotations (as per the requirement of sales representatives) and Assist in Preparing Tender Submission.
